Your intro to Jungle starts with our 2-hour small group foundation workshop delivered by our head coach.
You’ll be taken through a low-intensity movement screen to assess your body’s joint range, strength, and stability.
We’re looking to find any potential imbalances that may cause injuries throughout your training journey. We prescribe pre-hab exercises relative to any imbalances we may find.
We then introduce the foundation exercises we use in our classes, making sure you fully understand our programming, coaching lingo, and the way your body is supposed to move.
You will leave the Foundation Workshop feeling confident, and pumped, ready for class.
Already trained in a Jungle Alliance gym? No need to do the workshop again. Just make sure to let us know.

Once you’ve completed your foundation workshop and you’re feeling confident you’re in the right place, you now have the option to join our tribe. We don’t hold you into a contract. There are no shortcuts when it comes to building quality. Our approach to health is the long game and we believe our programming, facility, coaching, and community will be enough to keep you with us. Therefore, we have no need for contracts.
